Washington Redskins Rebound to Beat Bears (Pre-Game Pick)

They say experience develops a latent force within you. Sean Taylor’s death is a tragic moment in time that should affect us all. It should affect us to remember those who die wearing Sean Taylor jerseys on the street–as well as the Hall of Fame talent who no longer roams the field.
Anyone who watches football knows the ‘Skins were affected in last Sunday’s defeat. I personally thought it was too soon to play a football game. It’s crazy they have to turn around and play another game so soon. They have to be emotionally, mentally as well as physically worn from everything that goes with a loss of one of your own.
But…
Life goes on. It’s time to get back to business and once again win football games. Joe Gibbs’ last possession gaffe cost the Skins a game, but in the NFC, parity rules. The season is not lost. There’s no time to worry about the past, it’s time to show Sean Taylor in spirit the Skins have #21’s back.
Look for Clinton Portis to go off tonight. The U has a proud football fraternity and anyone who as played there has been inspired by Sean Taylor’s ferocious spirit on the field and quiet leadership off.
The Skins defense will rise to the occasion and redirect Rex Grossman’s chin strap.
Don’t kick it to Devin Hester Joe…He went to the U too.
Washington 30, Bears 25

Since I, like most I’m assuming, can’t see the game since it’s on the NFL network, I’m trying to make what I can from the gamecast stats. It’s either great defense or two sputtering offenses, with these teams involved I’m inclined to go with the latter.
Mizzo, are you going to give us a Hatton-Mayweather preview? Saturday night can’t get here soon enough!

Yes Scotty. I’ll provide the preview tomorrow.
